Provisioning New ZAC Phones

  1. Open new devices web interface by going to http://Insert_Device_IP_Here

  2. Default Credentials:
    admin
    admin

  3. Go to System Side Menu and Auto Provision Tab

  4. Click Static Provisioning Server >>

    Server Address:                               tftp://72.46.103.205/GREVILPHOCON
    Configuration File Name:
    Protocol Type:                                 TFTP
    Update Interval:                               1
    Update Mode:                                  Update After Reboot

  5. Click Apply

  6. Log into Mxadmin

  7. Click Configure >> Devices

  8. Right-click anywhere in the table

  9. Click Insert

  10. Device Type = Model of phone

  11. Click Next and fill out the device details menu
    Profile:                    Model of phone
    Default Location:    Location device is going
    MAC Address:        MAC Address of phone
    Screen Name:        EXT# Name of User
    Check Auto-fill box for SIP Proxy Password

  12. Click Finish >> Apply

  13. Go back to device's Web UI

  14. Click Autoprovision Now >> Autoprovision Now

  15. Go back to mxadmin

  16. Click Configure >> Users

  17. Find the user for the phone

  18. Double-click user

  19. If user was preexisting, click the assigned phone, then click the Remove button

  20. Click Assign...

  21. Find the phone via MAC address

  22. Click OK >> OK >> Apply
