Outgoing Phone Calls Marked As Spam
It is the cellular companies that are marking it as spam. Zultys is sending out the correct name/number. If we call a normal business number, the correct name will show up and it will not be marked as spam. However, if we call a certain cellular company, they are identifying that number as spam, and are marking it as that for their customer. It might be happening on all three cell companies (ATT, T-Mobile, Verizon), or it might be just one that is doing it.
Each of them have a site that you can register our number(s) on and they will remove the spam identification on them. Taylored asks that the end user fills these out as they do not want to misrepresent our business. Taylored also says that this is not a permanent fix. There will be a possibility that it can happen again. It just depends on what kind of calls the user is making. If it does happen again, we just need to submit the forms again.
